Perfect Adminware was founded by Frank Bands on 1 March 2000. It is a pleasure to introduce the 3 key members of our team: After 23 years in the private and corporate sector, and with training both locally and abroad, Frank embarked on the crusade to provide simple to use, best practise administration solutions to business. This passion is driven by two realities: a typical reluctance toward administration coupled to the need for more compliant and economical delivery. Frank describes the logic and process of all the solutions. Eric Bands is responsible for programming and matters technical. An intimate knowledge of all facets after 12 years hands on, Eric is the point man for our processes. Albert, a veteran of 25 years from the banking and other sectors is our technical guru: from complicated algorithms to logical application, Albert’s input is key to the end user experience.	All our solutions embrace an end to end, front end platform, replacing any number of processes in the workplace that are, most often disconnected. Our philosophy is simple: all business activities either add value or cost. We optimise the value add and, by automating the administration, mitigate the cost and risk associated to administration. It is how we do, not what we do that makes us different to existing processes.
